Gyeongjun Lee

Gyeongjun (“Jason”) focuses on M&A, domestic and cross-border investment, venture capital, startup and emerging companies, data privacy & cybersecurity, fintech and general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to SEUM, he has experience as foreign in-house counsel at LG Display, one of the largest manufacturing companies in Korea. Prior to moving to Korea, he gained experience providing legal advice (both transactional and litigation matters) to startup and emerging companies while working for an Australian law firm.
