Egyul Kim

Egyul is a partner in SEUM’s corporate group. He focuses his practice on M&A, venture capital, domestic and cross-border investment, general corporate and commercial matters, startup and emerging companies, blockchain, cryptocurrency and initial coin offerings. Coupled with his personal affinity for tech, Egyul’s science and technology background allows him to better understand the business of his technology company clients.

Egyul has a degree in computer science and has a master’s degree in artificial intelligence from Korea’s leading science and technology university. Prior to joining SEUM, Egyul served as a Judge Advocate General in the Korean army.
